ABOUT

my story & lilliwild

HEY THERE, I’M LINDA

I have always been a very curious and open-minded person. Characteristics that helped me to work my way through rough times of self-destructive behavior, challenging circumstances and a clouded perception of myself and the world. My longing for a deeper understanding and my sensed feeling of “there has to be more than this” kept me going on my search for answers and long-term changes. This yearning was not only influencing my personal journey but also my choices of studies, trainings and courses that I attended.

I have a bachelor’s in biology, health and nutrition, and I am trained as an Integrative Health Coach and Yoga teacher. This background gives me an academic understanding of anatomy, physiology and body mechanics, holistic health and conscious movement.

As much as all this allowed me to gain a lot more awareness, knowledge and understanding, I still found myself perceiving, reacting, thinking and feeling in ways that were not serving me. I tried to change and fix with all my willpower and discipline but I had to realize – I could not. I was tired and exhausted of starting all over again.

After I had my first Breathwork experience, I knew that I had found the missing piece to the puzzle. Turns out that I also found my life’s purpose. 2021 I got trained as a Breathwork practitioner in FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning) with Breathwork Bali. The training started just at the right time as I had a severe surf accident three weeks before. FBR (a combination of Conscious Connected Breathing and Bodywork) had a tremendous effect on my recovery, allowing me to return to an empowered and free experience in the waves.

Through breathwork I learned to ride the waves of my emotions & past experiences to completion.

I finally noticed the shifts in my emotions, behaviours, belief patterns once I stopped trying to fix, solve or change on a rational, only mind-based level and instead used the power of the breath to tap into my subconsciousness and deeper inner wisdom.

My purpose is to share this practice and hold space for people to go on their own journey.

ThE MEANING BEHIND LILLIWILD

For me, Lilliwild is an invisible place inside all of us – our core, our little untouched wilderness. Some people call it higher self, the divine within, or soul. In the end it is not about the name. The only thing that matters is its existence and the experience of it.

☾ Deeper knowing and intuition

☾ Authenticity, alignment and integrity

Calm, peace and balance

Capacity, strength and trust to regulate and navigate through life and its challenges

☾ Love, safety, compassion, worthiness and wholeness

I believe this place cannot be taken from us, yet it can be clouded, shadowed or forgotten through experiences, conditioning and circumstances where we had to disconnect from those parts of us in order to cope, protect and survive.

There are ways to come back home – home to those parts of us.

Are you open and willing to reconnect with your Lilliwild?
