
And I finally noticed the shifts and changes inside me that I was “trying to fix” for so long as it expanded my confidence in my capacity to sit with any internal and external circumstances.
AND HERE I AM – fully devoted to holding space for people to discover their own power, capacity and clarity in self-worth.
THE MEANING BEHIND LILLIWILD
What is the meaning behind Lilliwild? It’s the name for an invisible place inside of you – your little untouched wilderness. A place no one else but you can enter. It is your center of peace, wisdom, resilience, unconditional love and strength. Some people call it true self, the divine within or soul. It’s not about the name, the only thing that matters is the experience of it:
☾ Innate wisdom and deep knowing
☾ Calm & peace
☾ Balance
☾ The trust to be able to navigate through life
☾ feelings of love, safety, compassion, intuition and purpose
We all know these states of mind. Some more, some less. They are within us but have become clouded by conditioning, past experiences and memories.

HEY THERE, I’M LINDA,
I have always been a very curious, experimental and open-minded person. Characteristics that helped me to work my way through rough times of self-destructive behavior, challenging circumstances and a totally clouded perception of myself and the world. My longing for a deeper understanding and my sensed feeling of “there has to be more than this” kept me going on my search for answers and longterm changes. This yearning was not only influencing my personal journey but also my choices of studies, trainings and courses that I attended.
I have completed a bachelor of biology, health and nutrition, and I am trained as an Integrative Health Coach and Yoga teacher. This background gives me an academic understanding of anatomy, physiology and body mechanics, holistic health and conscious movement.
As much as all this allowed me to gain a lot of awareness, knowledge and understanding I still found myself perceiving, reacting, thinking and feeling in ways that weren’t serving me and that I tried to change with all my willpower and discipline but I had to realize – I couldn’t.
After I had my first Breathwork experience I knew that I found the missing piece and my life’s purpose. 2021 I got trained as a Breathwork practitioner with Breathwork Bali. The training started just at the right time as I had a severe surf accident right before. Conscious Connected Breathing had a tremendous effect on my recovery allowing me to return to an empowered and free experience in the waves.
