Full circle. Looking back on the past years I rem Full circle. Looking back on the past years I remember many moments where I thought this path makes no sense and I couldn’t fit all the different pieces of the puzzle together. In the last 2 years but especially the last 3 months everything started to come together to a bigger picture and I could see how all the ups and downs, the detours and extra miles were needed to get me to where I am today - knowing that this is also just one stage of my life’s journey. In March we finished and opened our beautiful space down in Uluwatu @originuluwatu . Ever since the Breathwork Circles here have been incredibly touching, humbling and fulfilling. Tomorrow will be the closing ceremony of the 3-month Breathwork Practitioner Training @breathworkbali . It’s been such a rich and deep experience to go through the training again and an absolute honor to facilitate and witness each student‘s individual journey of sharing this practice with grace, integrity, humility and joy. Personally I went (and still going) through incredibly profound shifts. I remember a couple of months ago I was sitting in @edwarddangerfield treatment room, nervous as f* as I finally felt ready to look at some of my deepest pains and fears in my heart. Going through all the grief, the anger, the helplessness, the rage,… slowly created more and more space for ease, openness, joy, pleasure and connection. With May coming to an end, I allow myself to slow down, step back a little, to resource and rest… and to spend hours and hours in the ocean surfing my brain out🤭 .. as most of you probably know, I can’t be a 24/7 couch potato. My brain is craving some new knowledge and skills so while I slow down with work, I’ll speed up in being a student @survivalapnea in order to become a surf survival/ocean resilience instructor. … while slowly getting ready for a new chapter and adventure 🇵🇹 📷 @vandiangga
There have been several moments of doubt, fear, un There have been several moments of doubt, fear, uncertainty, harsh judgement and exhaustion. Along the way there were many moments of loosing people, things, places and moments of turning away opportunities that others! perceived as MY chance. There have been times of having absolutely no clear direction or vision. And some moments of being a millimeter away from giving up what was deep down burning in my soul and following an easier, pre-paved path. I wanna say thank you to something that I can’t even put into words. It was the little spark that tickled within me, saying that there will be more. With more I don’t mean quantity. I mean depth of life. If I could give my younger/past self some words of grace and trust… give time and space for solitude the heart speaks loudest in silence don’t let go when things get uncomfortable life is just asking how much you really want to go for something in those moments you are allowed to pause along the way to resource you don’t have to push through or work hard find grace, kindness and trust in moments where you feel like you need to proof, force or speed up this life is yours yours alone color and create it in your unique way while you keep others and the earth with kindness and consideration close to your heart 📷 @vandiangga 🛖 @originuluwatu

You’ll always have a special place in my heart 🧡💛💚 can’t believe my last three months in Bali have started I’m not gonna lie that this realization comes with a heavy heart and simultaneously I’m so excited to see what life has in store for me sometimes a funky space to sit in - feeling all the opposing emotions at the same time. Gotta fasten the seat belt a little tighter for this rollercoaster ride 🎢
The past few days I’ve been in absolute awe of t The past few days I’ve been in absolute awe of the beauty of nature and life itself. My heart has been touched by the lush nature above and below sea level, by the sweet smiles and kind hearts of the locals, by the father’s soft voice singing a balinese lullaby to put his little son to sleep, by the way people relate here,by reuniting with my family, by the birds in the morning and cicadas at night, by the colors of the sky and the unpredictability of each moment. It reinforces my vision of having less materialistic things contributing more value connecting deeper living in community ♥️🤍

There is no end to this road. As much as the mind There is no end to this road. As much as the mind might like an end date, a finish line, a time frame, the known, the predictable, the certainty, a plan… Life simply isn’t working like that. It’s impermanent, always changing and evolving. For some this is an uncomfortable realization. It certainly was for me. In the last 2 years I found a lot of beauty in going with life - not against it… when I allow it instead of avoiding, forcing or holding on to it. As our internal world, our physiology, the external world, the circumstances, our states, emotions, perceptions and bodies are constantly changing, it gives us the opportunity to live a life of curious exploration, of asking more questions, of listening deeper, of vulnerable connection, of unlearning and remembering. Over and over again. Seeing and living life with beginner’s eyes - that brought us together this weekend. To continue to learn, explore and heal in community. One layer deeper. @edwarddangerfield thank you for being the inspiring teacher, humbled student of life and generous human you are. Life is currently taking on directions, shapes and Life is currently taking on directions, shapes and colors I’ve only dared to dream of but never fully believed in. Well, working through subconscious patterns isn’t always pleasant … when we become aware of them … when we feel all the emotions and memories that come with them … when we realize their depth and complexity … and when we have to cultivate a lot of patience, trust and compassion while working through them BUT … there is also so much relief, spaciousness, healing, clarity and joy that comes with it. Finding and cultivating new ways of regulation, breathing, perceiving, relating, feeling, thinking and acting helped me to allow myself to let my dreams become reality. To feel worthy of it! And to let them unfold in their own way - often much better and bigger than I’ve ever imagined.
